At SOU・SOU netshop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our unique Japanese designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive an official Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, then pack them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to your package and ship it via a trackable carrier to our logistics center in Kyoto, Japan.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
