How do I choose the right size for Tabi shoes?
Our Tabi shoes are measured in centimeters. We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe and referring to our size conversion chart on each product page for the most accurate fit.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are the fabrics made in Japan?
Yes, the heart of SOU・SOU is Kyoto. Most of our textiles are dyed and manufactured in Japan using traditional techniques like Ise-Momen and Takashima Chijimi.

To preserve the vibrant colors and delicate textures, we recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle with a laundry net. Always air dry away from direct sunlight.
